I started my working life on a farm in Warwickshire. A few years in the West Midlands Police Force gave me the ability and desire to communicate effectively with the public and to maintain order when appropriate!!!! I put these skills to good use in my subsequent role as a Purser with British Airways. This position enabled me to travel the world and meet all manner of people, often in situations unfamiliar to them.

I have been in hospitality for the past twenty years, of which the last decade was running my own restaurant/public house in Suffolk.

I am able to put all my planning experience into organising a structured formal event or to an informal family celebration. I draw immense satisfaction from making such an occasion proceed smoothly and exactly how you want it run, giving you a stress-free day.
